All schemes provide independent, self-contained homes with their own front doors. They range in size and include one or two bedrooms, with a separate lounge, kitchen, and bathroom/wet room. Properties are close to amenities such as local shops, making life a little easier.

At our Independent Community Living schemes you will find:

• Wellbeing Co-ordinators on site each day Monday to Friday, either AM or PM
• Pendant alarm systems available
• Communal laundry facilities
• Communal gardens
• Communal lounges and kitchen
• Most bathrooms/wet rooms are fitted with a shower, shower seat, handrails, and special non-slip flooring
• Raised plug sockets
• Kitchen with non-slip flooring
• A guest room available at some schemes

Our Wellbeing Co-ordinators manage the development and help arrange any services tenants need. They are there to assist you with all aspects of your wellbeing and your home, from queries regarding rent and repairs, to emotional support.
