Damp, condensation, or mould issues in your home can be a real issue. It can occur in many different forms and for many different reasons.

- Work together to resolve the issue and may request photographs of the affected areas.
- Any work that we are responsible for will be identified and rectified.
Our response to the Regulator of Social Housing’s Letter to CEOs of large registered providers, regarding damp and mould
The Regulator of Social Housing wrote to large registered providers on 22nd November 2022, requesting completion of a survey on how we were tackling damp and mould in our residents’ homes. A summary of our response to that survey on 16th December 2022 can be read by clicking here.
