You said, we did

Last September, we launched a new way of gaining feedback from our tenants so we can see where we are doing things well or perhaps where we can improve. Our Customer Satisfaction Surveys ask questions about our key frontline services, such as our Customer Contact Centre, Anti-Social Behaviour and Housing Management.
