Our Neighbourhood Officers are on hand to offer practical advice on all aspects of housing, including issues relating to Anti-Social Behaviour and domestic abuse. As the costs of living rises and many of us find ourselves under additional stress, we have support for those who may be struggling with paying their rent and bills, as well as their mental health and emotional wellbeing. You can find out more on our Tenant Support & Wellbeing Service page by clicking here.
Extra help with living costs
The cost of living crisis is affecting many people who are struggling to pay their bills. We are working with our partners to help our tenants secure extra funding and support, where possible.
Anti-Social Behaviour
Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) can cause a great deal of distress to tenants. We are committed to tackling this behaviour fairly and effectively in areas where we have homes and communal areas.
Understanding Hoarding: Support for Tenants
At Saffron Housing, we understand that hoarding, a recognised mental health condition, is a complex and sensitive issue that can affect anyone. Our approach is centred on empathy and practical support, with one clear goal: helping you to stay safe and remain in your home.
Rents and Charges
If you are struggling with debt, there are a number of organisations that provide professional help and advice. These independent agencies can provide impartial advice at no cost.
Domestic Abuse
We provide support and advice for tenants or members of their household suffering from or threatened with violence and/or abusive behaviour.
