Be a Saffron Community Member

It is really important to us that we hear what you have to say. The feedback from our tenants and community members can help shape Saffron going forward. 

Becoming a Saffron Community Member means there are lots of ways you can volunteer and get involved.

This could be as little or as much as you would like to do.

Some activities include:

  • Attending six-monthly meetings with our Board and Executive Team.
  • Taking part in our Community Triangles. These connect Saffron Community Members with Saffron colleagues around a specific community. Community walk arounds will be held in a town or village where we operate every 3 months. Our Board Members will also attend from time to time. The purpose of the Community Triangles is to be an important engagement forum going forward and create an opportunity for us to receive feedback and note any actions required during walk arounds.

We also have two other exciting opportunities that might suit you:

  • Be a member of our Tenant Scrutiny Group. With the support of Saffron, you will scrutinise and influence performance, processes, and policies. There is a direct link to our Board so they can hear the tenant voice.
  • Be a member of our Tenant Communication and Support Group. With the support of Saffron, you will oversee, monitor, and influence communication between Saffron, its tenants, and residents, and help with tenant-to-tenant support and communication.
