As you may know we have a free, independent Tenant Support & Wellbeing Service available for all Saffron tenants provided by an independent organisation called Life & Progress.
The service is available 24/7 providing you with access to professional and confidential telephone counselling, advice, and support.
There are specialist advisors you can talk to and there is no limit on the number of issues you can gain support on, including:
- Mental health and wellbeing
- Family Matters
- Managing debt
- Workplace issues
- Your rights as a consumer
- Tenant Support
We have had the service in place now for over a year and would really like to get your feedback about it. It is also an opportunity for you to ask us any questions about the service. Your questions will form part of a Question and Answer session with a Life & Progress representative.
