Independent Community Living Plus supports people over the age of 55 to live independently and provides care tailored to your individual needs.
It gives you the security and privacy of a home of your own, while offering a range of onsite facilities, and care is available 24 hours a day.
At our Independent Community Living Plus schemes you will find:

Café/restaurant/bar for you to enjoy a meal, snack or drink
Communal lounges
Communal laundry facilities (except at Swallowtail Place)
Outside spaces such as communal gardens
Hairdressing salon
Shop (only at The Meadows)
Lift access
Mobility scooter storage
Assisted bathing suites (only at The Meadows & Swallowtail Place)

Our apartments have a kitchen, sitting room, shower room, hallway and either one or two bedrooms. Some apartments also may have integrated appliances. They all have an emergency call system, smoke alarms, central heating, double glazing, and level access shower rooms.
