Our Neighbourhood Officers are on hand to offer practical advice on all aspects of housing, including issues relating to Anti-Social Behaviour and domestic abuse. As the costs of living rises and many of us find ourselves under additional stress, we have support for those who may be struggling with paying their rent and bills, as well as their mental health and emotional wellbeing. The cost-of-living crisis crisis is affecting people up and down the country. Saffron have been working with local partners and agencies to ensure that our tenants have access to the support they need. Community support initiatives and government assistance programs are crucial in helping with some of these pressures.

This video shows how Saffron continue to support tenants, from practical steps to help with with rent costs, to providing fuel and energy vouchers, to help with increased heating costs, and funding a dedicated support worker at Norfolk Citizens Advice.  If you want to know more about any of these services or talk to someone about support or any of the issues covered in this video email info@saffronhousing.co.uk or call 01508 532000.
