Recently, key stakeholders joined Saffron Housing Trust and Crocus Homes to celebrate the completion and final handover of homes in the Oaks Meadow development, Acle, Norfolk.
Crocus has handed over 17 affordable rented homes and 9 Shared Equity in Acle to Saffron. These are a mix of house and bungalows consisting of two, three and four-bedrooms.
James Francis, Chief Executive Officer at Saffron, attended the event and met the latest Saffron tenant who has moved into their new home, being a highly sought after three-bedroom, wheelchair-accessible bungalow. He said: “We are really proud that, working with Crocus and other local partners, we are able to provide much needed, high quality affordable homes in Norfolk.”
Christina Hack, Assistant Director of Crocus, said: “It was a lovely afternoon and a wonderful opportunity to bring all the consultants and team together to celebrate the successful delivery of the development, we are all very proud! It was especially nice to meet the tenant and see the positive difference their new home will have on their family”.
