We were excited to be approached by the Housing Learning and Improving Network (LIN) to provide a guest blog, case study, and to be part of a virtual HAPPI Hour session chaired by Member of the House of Lords, Lord Best.
The HLIN is a network bringing together housing, health and social care professionals in England, Wales, and Scotland to highlight innovative housing solutions for older persons.
The focus for all three sessions was our development at Swallowtail Place, Acle, specifically its Shared Ownership older persons housing provision.
Initially a guest blog featuring our Sales Manager, Stephen Maraj was released, where he spoke about getting the marketing and selling right for the audience and how we achieved this with Swallowtail Place. You can read it by clicking here. The case study about the development has just been published and can be found by clicking here.
Our Independent Community Living Liaison Officer, Tracey Harris this week spoke on our behalf at the virtual session about the project. The event was recorded and can be found by clicking here.
