Saffron, in partnership with Abode Construction will begin welcoming local tenants into 7 new, affordable homes at Heather Way, Great Moulton this week.
Works started on the land-led site in May 2024, and comprises of 7 affordable rented 1, 2 and 3 bedroomed properties.
The official handover from the contractor Abode Construction to Saffron took place on 13th February 2025. It is expected that the first tenants will be handed their keys over the coming week.
All homes on the new site in Great Moulton have been fitted with Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) which will provide enough heat and hot water for the homes whilst also lowering carbon emissions.
