Following our recent inspection by the Regulator of Social Housing, we are very pleased to be awarded a C1 rating under the new consumer standards and maintain our G1 and V2 ratings.
The G1 rating for Governance means we continue to be well-run, and the V2 for Financial Viability is a compliant grade that shows we can meet financial covenants and have the financial capacity to deal with a reasonable range of adverse scenarios.
