Saffron has taken handover of 6 rented properties from Badger Building with a mix of 2 and 3 beds. Completed June 2024

Hall Lane, Redgrave
Saffron took handover of 2 rented two bed houses from Burgess Homes. Completed May 2024.

Lavender Meadow (Former Rugby Club), Wymondham
We worked with Lovell Partnerships Ltd to develop 90 affordable homes - 61 rented and 29 shared ownership. Completing a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses and bungalows, delivered in 6 phases between Summer 2023 and Summer 2024.

Bluebell Meadow, Bradwell
Saffron is taking handover of 18 rented properties from Persimmon Homes with a mix of 2, 3 and 4 beds, which completed end of 2023 and early 2024. We do have one more plot due to complete in 2025.

Saffron has taken handover of 8 rented properties from Cripps Developments with a mix of 1 and 2 beds, which completed in Summer 2023.

Swans Nest (Phase 5) Swaffham
Saffron has taken handover of 7 shared ownership and 18 rented properties from Abel Homes with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 beds, which completed in 2023.

Hill House Lane, Needham Market
Saffron took handover of 13 properties from HHF. These include 1, 2 and3 beds, 9 will be affordable rent and 4 will be shared ownership, which completed in Summer 2023.

School Lane, Fressingfield
Saffron took handover of 3 properties from Sprake Developments. These include 2 and 3 bedroom houses, 2 will be affordable rent and 1 will be for shared ownership, which completed in early 2023.

Dereham Road, Mattishall
Saffron has taken handover of 8 rented properties from Denbury Homes with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 beds, which completed in Spring 2023.

Ellingham Road, Attleborough
We took handover of 3 two bedroom properties from James Mallory Homes, 2 for rent and 1 for home ownership, which completed in late 2022.

Rokeles Green, Watton
We took handover of 11 properties from Abel Homes including 9 rented and 2 for home ownership, which completed in Autumn 2022.

Swallowtail Place, Acle
We contracted RG Carter to complete this Independent Community Living Plus scheme made up of 58 apartments with a range of public and private facilities. The apartments include 41 for affordable rent and 17 for shared ownership, exclusively for people aged over 55.
The scheme was funded in partnership with Homes England and Norfolk County Council.
This development completed in November 2022.
