Partnership working to help tenants

Since the Covid outbreak there have been unprecedented requests to move home due to Anti-Social Behaviour, a 70% rise compared to pre pandemic figures.

We are continuously working together with South Norfolk Council and Broadland District Council to tackle any Anti-Social Behaviour or neighbour nuisances that may be causing distress to our tenants and the wider community.

South Norfolk Council provide a range of advice and guidance, including:

  • Abandoned vehicles
  • Fly-tipping and littering
  • Pest control
  • Dog issues
  • Noise, smells and light issues

We know it’s been a challenging time for many people over the past 18 months, but it’s also important to consider how your behaviour, and your family members, may affect your neighbours and your local community.
