In our latest Saffron E-News we shared with you some of your feedback and the actions we have taken with the results from our Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
The surveys ask questions about our key frontline services, such as our Customer Contact Centre, Anti-Social Behaviour and Housing Management. Gaining this feedback from our tenants is a great way for us to see where we are doing things well or perhaps where we can improve.
