We are sorry that the online tenant portal remains unavailable.
We are undertaking some changes and improvements to the portal which is part of a new internal system being implemented across Saffron for staff. It will mean that we will have up to date information about our tenants which will enable us to progress your service requests or answer any queries you have even more efficiently. We will then use this information to continuously improve our service and the overall customer experience.
Some unexpected challenges have impacted on the timing of when we were hoping to have it available again which means the changes have taken longer to complete.
The portal is an important service that we offer to you as it is a convenient way to access your rent statement and we understand it is frustrating that you are unable to use it at the moment. Please be assured that we are working as hard as we can with our third party provider to bring this service back to you as soon as possible.
