This continues to be a challenging time, but we have robust plans in place to keep our tenants and staff as safe as we possibly can. We continue to follow government guidance and this can on occasion, impact resource within teams and therefore our services.
We currently have less resource available in our Heating Service and due to the colder weather, we are experiencing higher than usual calls. This means we are unfortunately unable to provide our usual level of service.
We would like to reassure you that we are still responding to emergency repairs such as heating breakdowns and will keep cancellations to a minimum at this time.
We hope to provide a full service as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience.
